Fat to Fit


This is me.  Same guy, just a lot thinner and healthier in a period of about 7 months.  The heavy guy was around 290 pounds.  As of this writing I’m down to about 220, so I’ve lost about 70 pounds.  Many people have noticed and ask “What did you do?  How did you do it?”  I’m still a work in progress, and I’m certainly no health and fitness expert, although I have learned a lot along the way.

This blog is my attempt to “play it forward” by giving a number of tips that helped me through the weight loss.  And no, I didn’t starve myself or do any crazy or weird diets.  Yes, it was primarily eating better and exercising.  My hope is that something I write might inspire you to make a similar commitment to fitness.
